01The short version
- We ask before anything related to advertising loads. Meta's cookies are the only ones that wait for your answer, and declining changes nothing for you.
- Your answer is stored once for the whole of agent-grace.com, so the app doesn't ask again.
- The app needs one cookie to keep you signed in. The chat window and the booking calendar come with cookies of their own from the companies that run them.
- You can change your answer at any time: .

Which buttons are clicked is also written to a list in your browser's memory. It is not a cookie, it disappears when you leave the page, and nothing is sent from it unless you have accepted Meta's cookies.

04Your choices
Use at the foot of any page on this website, or in your Profile in the app, to accept or decline Meta's cookies. If you withdraw an earlier yes, we delete _fbp and _fbc and reload the page, so the pixel stops. Cookies Meta set on its own domains are managed from your browser or your Meta account.
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we record it as a no and don't ask.
Your browser can also block or delete cookies. Blocking the session cookie signs you out of the app; blocking the others changes nothing you can see.
